• A completed Registration contract (in Dutch or English) needs to be available before registration of the domain.
• The domain needs to be entered into the given name servers correctly. Use the SIDN name server check before requesting the domain.

Modifications

Modifications to the domain's data -other then the domain holder- can be requested by sending an email to info@prenames.com. Administrative costs apply.

Tranfer domain registrant

To transfer the domain to a different registrant, a 'Registration contract' (signed by the new holder) and an 'Application form for changing the registrant of a domain name' (signed by both new and current registrant) are neccessary.

Before a transfer the domain needs to pass the SIDN name server check without errors!

Additional terms for transfer

• Both a completed Registration contract as well as a Transfer form (in Dutch or English) need to be available before transferring the domain. The data in both forms need to be exact to the data in the Whois database.
• Always check if the applicant of the transfer is indeed the holder of the domain name. An illegal transfer will cost a minimum of €99 (costs Dutch Registry).
