This means that the total number of available domains has reached 104. Also, the .name domain can be registered as a second level domain, instead of 'firstname.lastname.name'. Domain Registry of Europe) is sending fake invoices from the Philipines so that it seems a renewal fee needs to be paid for a domain name. You can advice your clients to ignore this invoice, the domain name is not in any danger.
