Terms for transfer
- The data used in the Prenames Management System when transferring a domain should be a copy of those in the whois database.
- The administrative contact receives an email on the email address mentioned in the whois database. It needs to be answered positively within a short period of time. If another person than the administrative contact answers this email, the answer will be invalid.
- If no reaction is received by the Belgian Registry, a fax request is send to confirm the transfer of the domain by the Registrant.
Terms for registrant change
- The data in the handles in our management system need to be exactly similar to the data in the whois database.
- The administrative contact needs to give permission by email to the change.
